Service Description

Our wellness care program is designed to determine the steps to be taken for a patient to achieve optimum well-being. This might include actions disease prevention recommendations, and the identification of illnesses that the patient may be susceptible to, such as hereditary diseases.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact our office at least 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to notify will result in a No-Show fee of $25
